Are your cleaners DBS checked?
Yes. Our cleaners must hold a current DBS certificate.
What is included in a Standard domestic clean?
Standard domestic cleans are booked for a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning service. They include cleaning of bathrooms, floors, dusting, inside windows, kitchen counters and front of cupboards. General tidying. Changing sheets, cleaning fridges, and ovens is not included.
What is included in a deep clean?
Deep cleans allow for a more intensive clean and are a one-off service. Inside windows, blinds, floors, and all surfaces are given attention. Changing sheets, oven cleaning, and fridges are included.
Do you give refunds?
We strive to offer a professional service for both our clients and cleaners and we do not give refunds or allow cleaners to be underpaid. In the unfortunate event that a client is not happy with their service the issue must be raised with your cleaner directly within 24hrs of completion to rectify any issues.
Do you clean ovens and fridges?
Yes we do. Our deep clean service includes: cleaning the hob, inside of the oven ,as well as the inside of the fridge.
How can I pay?
Payment is paid by BACS or Card payment. All services require payment in advance.
